We were not very happy with the overall experience at this hotel stay.. The resort is located on the Bambolim beach just beside Grand Hyatt.. The resort is old and need some serious maintenance in the rooms.. the blanket provided in night is also very uncomfortable.. The entire room was filled with water when it rained in the morning.. moreover we needed to check out and there were no umbrella in the resort .. We were provided a “Garden facing room” on paper. However it was their staff quarter facing room. Despite us asking for a better room they refused to provide us citing there are no room available.. during dinner we came to know that more than half of the resort rooms were not occupied.. clearly a testimony to the fact that the front office was not at all guest friendly.. Please don’t take the garden facing room as it hardly has any view.. though beach facing room has better view.. Breakfast options are extremely limited.. Surprisingly the dinner closes at 10.30 pm.. Overall not a resort I would like to revisit once more.. not at all worth the price they charge in a place like Goa which is extremely customer friendly.. Only saving grace is the private beach access that they have and the swimming pool facility overlooking the ocean. the staff in restaurants are friendly unlike the staff who works in the reception ..

Bambolim has some of the best staffs our there. Sultan really took good care of us and our clients. And he was available everytime and all the time. As opposed to others where people just do bare minimum, the staff here goes above and beyond to serve the customers

Beautiful location n the view is spectacular….. however the rooms are quite average… the housekeeping was laid back food was average too Main issue was the housekeeping didn’t use cleaners with the mop n that left the room with a weird smell

Sultan was our server at the Bambolim Beach resort while we stayed. He was so amazing and friendly! We had a great time and he really made our dinner expensive extra special!! The food was excellent and he made great food suggestions, Butter chicken with garlic Naan was one of our favorites.

Goa trip is very nice place and never by bambolim beach pool The location is very beautiful the morning breakfast is very good the room of the hotel is very beautiful and thank you very much chef krishna shelar very heavy dosa the conversation is very friendly voice room service is really beautiful thank you very much And the night's momos were very heavy. Chef Siddharth Salve helped a lot. Thank you
